B&T Composites Participation in the TEAMIT+ Program – “24h of Innovation”
B&T Composites participated in the European TEAMIT+ “24h of Innovation” program, an initiative dedicated to fostering innovation, structured collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The event was organized by CluBE – Cluster of Bioeconomy and Environment of Western Macedonia and took place on December 4–5, 2025.
The “24h of Innovation” is an intensive, time-bound competition in which multidisciplinary teams are invited to develop sustainable, actionable solutions to real-world business challenges proposed by participating companies.
B&T Composites contributed to the program by introducing the challenge: “How can we make roads safer?”, encouraging participants to approach the topic through innovation, technological insight, and social responsibility.
Throughout the 24-hour process, students, organizational members, and business professionals collaborated in a structured hackathon environment, applying analytical thinking, innovation methodologies, and teamwork to design and present their solutions to the evaluation committee.
The program provided a valuable platform for knowledge exchange, skills development, and engagement with emerging talent, reinforcing B&T Composites’ commitment to innovation, collaboration, and solutions with measurable societal impact.
